I have use old and new ver. of Tell Me when and I cannot get the proc to pop up in Tell me when. What type of TMW category id Dance of Chi-ji? I tried spell cooldown and buff/debuff and its not working. Has anyone gotten this to work?
pretty sure it’s not the same spell cd as the azerite trait might be the issue
