As of 3/20/2024 2 AM EST the talent Dance of Chi ji is not giving its 300% damage bonus to spinning crane kick. This is a massive problem for Windwalker as those who may know it is what they rely on to do any end-game content. This is essentially a game-breaking bug for the spec until it is fixed.
