Damn what an awesome intro. Anduin laying the smackdown

For the Night Elves, that’s what an Armistice with the Horde means. So yes, he is saying that.

Absolutely. But Anduin was all, “My father!”, not “Those thousands of people!”

I missed MoP and only know who Wrathion is because I attended an RP event in Legion at his chateau and went ‘Oh that’s neat’ upon seeing the teenager in the turban with glowing red eyes.

But what did I miss?

As I understand it - Wrathion freed Garrosh, who had an excellent adventure through time until it turned out to be a bogus journey. Alt Gul’Dan is somehow conjured from that and he knows Azeroth’s address so that led us to Legion where Varian gets disenchanted.

That’s all fine and good but why are they acting like exs that ended on a sour note?

Too much navel gazing!

Two questions:

One: Did Wrathion need a good thumpin’?

Yes.

Two: Was it extra funny to watch because of who clocked him?

Also yes.

The only thing I feel cheated on was that he didn’t have his old hat, to watch it awkwardly unravel.

Not at all. That’s not what an Armistice is. An Armistice is not a “Peace Treaty,” it’s just an agreement to cease hostilities against one another.
Also, Anduin still holds Sylvannas 100% responsible for those crimes, and so long as the Horde are willing to take responsibility for Sylvannas and help bring her to justice, no one is “forgiven” and nothing is “forgotten” until that’s resolved.

Start at the top. Then work your way down. That’s how you Bring about justice,

When I first started watching this I thought it’d be funnier than it was. I kind of regret posting it now.

I guess, but if Wrathion was the guy who built Jurassic Park, in this analogy we heroes are the ones who opened the T-Rex cage and let Gul’dan out. Sure, Wrathion is guilty of reckless endangerment, I’m afraid guilt for wrongful death couldn’t be proven to extend any further than us.

I’ll have you know my toon is guilty of much more damning, lascivious crimes than that, tyvm.

Genuinely, the PC deserves at least a good slap across her chops.

Um no. Literally not.

But you’re impossible. You’re going to believe anything you want to believe.

I actually just did the start of the Knaifu quests a couple days ago.

The PC finds a strange knife that talks in a weirdly sexy voice that asks the PC to feed it souls so it can grow stronger.

And the PC… Does it. Without hesitation. Without verifying who or what this knife is and how it can pay us 23 gold to feed it naga souls.

The PC truly is a psychopath. I am pretty sure all the lore characters are terrified of us which is why they never speak about us unless they have to address us directly to give orders.

Thats like blaming Gavrilo Princip for Hitler cause he assassinated Fraz Fedinand and kicked off the first World War which led the the Germans loss and Hitlers rise to power.

If anyone is responsible its us for releasing Gul’dan or better yet Varian himself. Varian went it with no way to close the portal knowing full well from history that special items are needed to close a portal of that magnitude.

Khadgar needed the Skull of Gul’dan AND Book of Medivh to close the Dark Portal and it still wasn’t shut all the way. Varian went off half cocked with nothing to shut the portal and dragged us all through hell he is responsible for his own death and everyone else who died during that boondoggle.

Okay, but like… none of that would’ve needed to happen had Wrathion not set in motion the chain of events that led to AU Draenor and subsequently AU Gul’dan in the first place. So that’s not really a disproving argument.

Wrathion definitely deserved that punch. I mean, he even admits it himself. He takes it in stride too, which I thought was pretty cool (As in, he’s not even mad at Anduin for doing it)

As for whether he is responsible or not, he is definitely indirectly responsible for what happened, yes. But the blame I believed is shared, and Sylvanas still holds a large deal of responsibility for what happened as well.

Wait until you re-find it in BfA and feed her powered down form even more souls!

I think there is even a special line for Priests, and of all classes to remember this dagger you’d think the priest player would just throw it back into the sea.

"Oh hey, the phylactery of Kel’thuzad. If I just smash this thing here and now, the Archlich of the Scourge is gonna be dead for good! Orrrrrr… I could go sell it to this shifty and suddenly suspiciously acting priest who’s salivating at the sight of it.

Yeah, I’m gonna sell it to him. What’s the worst that can happen?"

Um, What?!
There are so many things wrong with that I don’t know where to begin.
Varian didn’t lead us through the Portal. Khadgar and Thrall did. Varian only came after we established our base there.
Varian lead us in the Assault on Broken Shore, and was where he died. Not on Draenor, which was what was through the Portal.
And he most certainly wasn’t “half-cocked”.
And the Portal, Broken Shore, and Varian’s Death was ALL on account of Wrathion so yes, it was all his fault.

Seriously, did you even play WoD OR Legion? Because that’s not something that someone who has would of gotten wrong.

What if my PC is occasionally into that?

I want my unique murder-hobo dialogue. Dump all pretenses of faction loyalty Get rid of the stupid monologues about morality or righteousness. Just quickly offer me loot and ask me not to murder them for the lulz.

Imagine being a Death Knight and doing it.

I was not pleased.
