I actually feel bad when I go 5-1, 6-0 around 1500 because I know that is a death sentence for the other healer. They will be stuck there for ever due to the MMR issue.
Basically if you fail to go 3-3 or better while climbing from 1200-1500, you will get stuck in a MMR zone, playing with the worst players and never gaining enough rating, even when you manage to get 6-0.
It is devastating to waste time like this
If you want healers to keep playing, help them with MMR. Find a new way- maybe add the collective MMr of the lobby and get better averages?
Just need to change ur mindset when playing healer in shuffles. You literally control the outcome of the match. Go 0-6 and make all dps 3-3 and gain nothing for the one hour queue time. At the same time you help out your healer bro on the other side. I try to do this on all 4 healers I have daily.
