Dalaran = Unplayable / Server performance halted /BUMP!

10gb fiber connection here, and much of the day my son was telling me of the nearly unplayable lag. Get home, sure enough, mail is delayed and upon getting into an instance, it’s hit something, stand there 30-60 seconds and then it catches up. Numerous people in my community (east coast folks), reporting same thing. Game is completely unplayable right now.

/Bump - More people fighting over RWF than paying attention to the actual issues in the game is not working for a few hundred people in our east coast community right now. Something is seriously wrong, could use a hand #Blizzsupport

Tech support is a player-to-player troubleshooting area. If you’re still having issues with a specific server, I recommend opening a ticket.

Same issue here, started around Tues/Wed this week. Raided normal for 2 hours without an issue, zoned into heroic and immediately 5k world ms. Random spikes to 1k -4k ms just standing in town/doing delves/world quests. Same issue with all addons disabled, fully updated all hardware and software on my PC, no flagged issues with ISP, connection speed on 1gb fiber staying constant. Ticketed and got boxed response even though I stated I tried everything they asked me to try. Been on this server since last patch of SL and never had a single lag issue until now.

Not really seeing any ping spikes but I do think there is a general degradation of connections to servers tied to the Chicago datacenter. My average home and world pings are double of what they were only a few days ago (averaging 40 each, up from 20), and I’ve verified that the conditions of my Google Fiber connection are unchanged. WoW is also the only game affected.
