Is there some trick to make them spawn?

I’ve turned PvP off by talking to the guard captain but there’s nothing happening.

They were spawning fine earlier today and then they just stopped. It’s been over an hour without a single one.

What do I do? I just wanted to farm some sightless eyes

Turn war mode on instead

It is on, I play in war mode so it’s been on the whole time I’ve been farming. Idk what’s going on though. They were spawning just fine for hours and all the sudden they just stopped

I’m so close to my rat stallion too :frowning:
