The weapon only has a single secondary, and it’s not enough of the item’s budget to warrant only having one if that was the goal.
It’s from the prepatch event.

My guess it’s supposed to be Crit/Mastery as its the missing combo from 1H Strength weapons.

I think it’s supposed to be double crit, as my ui says it’s giving me +305 to crit when comparing to another item with 236 crit.
No, it’s supposed to be +268 Critical Strike and +246 Mastery. And they still didn’t fix it.
Edit: huh, it is giving double crit. It has +282 Critical Strike and a hidden +259 Critical Strike in the ilvl 493 version bringing its actual total to +541 Critical Strike.
