Imagine if a paladin specs into wings and then it’s purgable and spellstealable.
They would be back into the trash can.
The reality is that dark souls is our equivalent to pally wings and we already have to spec for it since the other talents in the row are absolutely useless. But then it’s also dispellable and spellstealable. How does it make any sense?
Just use nether ward, it reflects spells 
oh wait, our spell reflect doesnt stop purges, which are spells.

The fact that our damage cd can be stolen/purged still blows my mind to this day. Like I could kinda see this being okay if we were just live lords and could tank damage. But were not and our only offensive ability needs to be timed perfectly to be effective.
