If you’re trying to grind rep, here’s a helpful guide:
What’s funny is that it says daily quests offer a CHANCE to give 75 rep. A chance. I think that’s an interesting choice. I haven’t paid attention to the rewards from quests and stuff, I have just been doing it.
Either DO or DON’T give rep, if you ask me.
Edit: And now that I think of it, I have gotten that token for the rep as a reward. It is dropped as an item, and not immediately added to your reputation like most quest turn ins that give rep.

Just hope Firim gives you nothing then, lol.
Do your stuff for 22 days and you’ll be revered. This really isn’t a “grind”. Just go there, do stuff, then go do something else. Next week, run M+ or raid or do what you do. There’s no reason to freak out about this. This isn’t tik tok. Not everything is instant gratification.
You may want to play Candy Crush if you like that sort of thing.

Those were physical things found in the zone, though. Makes perfect sense for Death’s Advance to fork them over. Besides, the Archive guy was staying in a cave in the camp. Not exactly on unfriendly terms, whereas Firim refuses to even follow you into Haven.
Did it ever tell you what Firim did to become a pariah?
Are you okay? Doing quest for NPC of their faction hub has ALWAYS given guaranteed rep. You seem like you are having a bad day, go outside and build a sandcastle.

How’s that? It’s a REWARD-- for anyone smart enough to save it for the Darkmoon Faire. Apply buff, use Token, get bonus rep.
Play smarter… 
I was talking about the “grind” overall, and how this really isn’t one. You can snip any part of someone’s response and turn it into something that it’s not, but that doesn’t make you right. It just makes you the king of the straw men.

That’s a good idea because the DMF will be coming around in what, a week or two?
I only mentioned it because, a lot of the time, reputation as a reward, is immediately applied to your rep progress, and is shown in Blue font in the chat log. For these dailies, it is a REWARD, but it is tangible and also not guaranteed.

For giving quests with no rep, you can surely tell 
Folks need to be treating all Zereth Mortis content as a marathon, not a sprint.
