I completed the weekly 100 Titan disks quest - Archives: Seeking History. I went to turn it in and Dagran wasn’t in the Vault of Memory. I tried to leave and come back and the portal thing wasn’t working. Logged out, logged back in, it’s working. Teleported out and then back in and Dagran was there with the blue question mark. I turned in the disks and he didn’t give a reward but the blue question mark went away. I previously had 100 disks, now they’re gone.
