When I go to the Cypher Console, it says I need 25 more Cyphers of the First Ones to advance to the next level. Despite researching even more than 25 CotFO the value does not change and do not get the next level unlock.
Currently stuck at 4/6

It’s worse than not decreasing; the levels are wrong. Most of my toons are showing 6/6 progress, but the world quests are dropping gear at levels below 252.

I had both of these glitches happen to two different toons on the Kilrogg server this afternoon.

I checked a few of my toons on Runetotem. Same glitch.

Yep - to clarify, four toons on Draenor. Two showing 6/6, both getting 249 gear. Two showing 5/6: One “needs” 35 to level and is now getting 249, the other “needs” 315 and is getting 246 gear. It’s behaving like the level is behind by one.
