I went to turn in Cyclonian in classic refresh. All items were present in bags. Quest giver had no question mark after multiple relogs. Read on forums to abandon and pick quest back up. After abandoning quest giver would still not give quest and items were still present in bag. Relogged and all items were gone and quest was available. Lost essence of exile and 30 tusks.
