Went to go practice rotation on dummy and I believe this passive talent is currently down and not working/bugged?
Can this be taken a look at and fixed.

yep, absolutely and completely bugged, does nothing at all

I think it’s fixed.
Tried it on mobs I’m farming and went back to dummy and seemed fine now.
