I swear I remember reading back before legion launched that your characters customization options would be reflected in your demon form.
Like hair, horns, tattoos etc.
What happened to that? Or am I crazy?

the tattoos do change it slightly. But aside from that the only difference is skin color between races
They still owe us this, this was a promise from Legion.
