Hair under helms/facial hair under helms that don’t already do it
Helms and sunglasses separate…somehow…
Straight backs for undead, trolls, worgen
Tattoos for all, with class, race options
Longer wizard type beards for all races
Beards for all races, even undead
More piercings for all
More visible rings and necklace options
Dark black fur for worgen
If they won’t open up regulartransmogs for Dracthyr, then a lot more barbershop transmogs
A bunch of trench coat options, like Genn’s or other ones, for all classes
More cool non robe options for cloth wearers
Options for Mechagnomes to have tech on only one limb, hand, side of face, etc, instead of all or nothing
I’m sure I can think of more, but I’ll stop there.

I wish they would add more glyphs, in addition to maybe a themed master glyph (basically one that changes most or all spells to a theme)

More color options for the Nightborne’s glowing hands and the Dark Iron’s fiery hair. Especially fel green (warlocks), ice blue (dks), and gold (priest/paladin).
Also, the Darkfallen option for Nightborne. It’s dumb that V.Elves got it, but Nightborne didn’t.
Give us stances like ESO and idle poses like FFXIV, not everyone is a warrior, we should be able to have softer animations for idle and combat if we wanted to give more personality to our characters

That’s a tough one. It kinda depends on what counts as customization. If dances count, it would be really nice to be able to choose new dances. At the very least, it would be nice if it were like WildStar with a /dance1 and /dance2. Dance2 in WoW could just be a faction dance that all members of that faction, male and female sorry body type 1, 2, 3, and 4 can do. That would only mean making two new dances, Blizz. Though it would take some tweaking for each race.
After dancing, I’d say just make sure all the races, and I mean all the races, allied too, have close to equal amounts customization options. It’s pretty sad that come races have like four pages of customization and other races have one.
After that, mechagnomes need love. Mechagnome Customization Thread
Dracthyr need access to mogging in dragon form.

Tattoos, body paints personally for me.
Add a height/size slider. We already have size changing items in game so this shouldn’t be too big a stretch.
Un-link the human face options from skin color. Actually, un-link that for any race/skin color.

Our HUGE eyebrows are just big hairy antennae… they’re very sensitive. Waves around massive eyebrow antennae like a moth

I would be ok with this.
The same magic was used to create a DK as a Forsaken… kinda.
Though, why would a Forsaken DK still look like a Forsaken and not something else entirely?
