Wilder hair color options: Pandaren have many bright colors that don’t appear natural. Can they share their blue/green/purple hair dye secrets with the rest of Azeroth?
Human:
Thinner face option for males who don’t want the square face of a 40-year-old
Younger face for women (back as a 16-year-old girl, I did not find it cool that the women all look mid-30s)
Night elf:
Golden-eyed women
Silver-eyed men
Antlers (druid only)
Pink hair for all, not ONLY for death knight women
Black hair like Illidan
Leaves in hair (thanks Elyssaria!)
Big beards like Malfurion
Highborne option (great idea from Averyx)
Worgen:
Actual eye glow for women. The painted look doesn’t glow in the dark and it’s not fun.
Human form customization separate from worgen form
Perkier/more wolf-like ears (instead of current bat ears)

Night elf worgen
Hunch-backed women (would require another new model so I don’t see this happening)
Canidae druid forms (fox, wolf, coyote – foxes actually hunt by prowling and pouncing, like feral does.)

Personally I’d say Pandaren could use a teeensy bit of work. A few more hairstyles, that black/dark grey fur variation for the women, and tanuki tails for the men.
Can’t really see them doing undead of every race though considering how much that would give the Horde without anything equivalent being possible for the Alliance.
Good point about the uneven exchange. Do you think high elves (basically blood elves, Horde’s most popular race) being an Alliance option would make it fair?
For Tauren - Yaungol and Taunka options. Personally, I’d probably only make a Yaungol, but having both would be really great for lore.
For Goblins - Gilgoblins. Are new friends in the Unshackled deserve to join the horde! My roommate thinks Neri is adorable and wants to make a character like her, too.
Forsaken - We’re probably at least getting Night Elf Forsaken, given the new group of them.
For Night Elves (Since it’s confirmed we won’t be getting additional Allied Race customization at launch):
De-link the hair and tattoo colors for Nelf females.
Add additional tattoo colors (Especially ones that match the DH Tattoo colors)

Some of the Blood Elf hairstyles are technically from the 90’s in a manner of speaking, as some of the hairstyle options are literally based on Final Fantasy characters.
One of the male Blood Elf hairstyles in particular is clearly inspired by Sephiroth as he initially appeared in Final Fantasy 7.
My biggest wish is alternative body type options for everyone. I’d like to play a human male that isn’t a steroid junkie and doesn’t have a face that looks 40-50 years old. New faces seem to be coming so maybe there will be some younger, more attractive human male face options, but being stuck with the roid-raging neaderthal body would be disappointing.
A small wish for Night Elf males… let them have eyebrows without facial hair -_-
It goes without saying that I wish Allied Races were getting some customization love too, especially the first four because they really need some.
Human: More beards. Lots of beards. More hair styles.
Night elf: Both savage (braids, unkempt hair) and highborne (fancy) hairstyles. “Jewelry” made of flowers, leaves, feathers and other natural materials. More beards for males. Beardless but with eyebrows for males. Eye color selection (amber, silver, night warrior). Face markings for males. More markings for females.
Worgen: Scars and other markings. More eye glows for females. Eye color not associated with face. More fur colors. Human form options not directly associated with worgen’s.
Lightforged draenei: Copper, bronze and golden skin colors. Black, dark blonde, light red and dark red hair. More tatoos, with face markings options.
Void elves: A few normal-ish skins (do not need to be fully normal, just less blue). Option for light and dark purple eyes. Dark red, bege and silver hair colors. More hairstyles, each available with and without tendrils. Alleria-like markings.
Kul tirans: Same as humans, above. More beards and hair, mostly.
Nightborne: Faces with slanted eyes; black, light and dark blue colors. Jewelry options with chin plate. Jewelry colors (bronze, silver, gold). More hair styles, some with flowing magic. Light and dark grey skin colors. Fixed heritage armor (remove chin plate from armor, separate chest from skirt, alternate hand slot that is gloveless but with magic over fingers) and add the red/gold variant.
This is what I came for. If they wanna clean up the sprites a bit, give their fur the Worgen rework, that could be cool. But otherwise they’re aging beautifully.
