[Customization] Texture Seam on Void Elf Neck

Observed an obvious texture seam on the neck of female Void Elves.

  1. Go to Character Create
  2. Select Female Gender, Void Elf Race
  3. Observe where the head connects to the neck
    —> There is an obvious texture seam on both sides of the neck
    —> Reproduced with all faces and skin tones
    —> Could not reproduce with Female Blood Elf
