You know when you log in and all your existing characters have a default background “landscape”? So Humans have a Stormwind background image and Nightborne have Suramar behind.
I’d like to customize that background image, let me choose among different scenes and landscapes, at the very minimum let me choose a “default Horde/Alliance” background image in case I do not like any of my race’s background images.

Id make all my character’s backgrounds part of Howling Fjord if i could.
I’d like to add maybe have your class background that you see in dressing room armor viewer available as well.

I saw this guide not long ago, but I’m not sure if it still works or not because I don’t have Adobe Photoshop and it seems too much work for me.

I like this idea… I would like to use the abrupt end to the Ghostlands that I stumbled upon while unlocking Void Elves as my default background.

I‘m not sure we’re allowed to tweak those files. Plus, it’s an outdated guide.

I would like to have a spooky background like Kharazan or Duskwood and Ghostlands or even the up coming Shadowlands zones now that would be cool.
Why does anyone care? You would be the only seeing it, and it’s only for a second until you can hit the Play button.
Why not spice it up a bit? Maybe I’d like to see something cool in that one second it takes to hit the Play button.
