Customer Support UI completely broken

Just had to report this, since it functionally is useless.

The in game mail restoration / ticket maker is completely broken as is the online mail restoration service via battle.net

Both times, the UI/web site will freeze at the “select character for restoration” page. You try to interact with the button but it does nothing. When I attempted to fill out a ticket in game, the text box was not interactable (no text bar appeared to type) yet the in game chat was fine.

This happened on two separate systems, one of which has 0 addons so I know this is not UI related.

…remember Blizz, your goal is to IMPROVE after 16 years, not slip further into the bad. You pump out a lot of product, but 0 polish on anything.

Is this on Windows or macOS?

this “freeze” is usually the site trying to gather the required information.
it’s not just a standard web page which can load instantly.
it needs to pull the information from the servers before it can load it.

how long did you leave the page to load?

Finally got it to run, there should really be a prompt that says “Processing” or an hourglass, or some other way to show its processing.

I left the web page up for a half hour before it loaded, thankfully got it done but took well over an hour (they don’t have a select all feature, so you have to manually select EVERY mail).
