2 week unwarranted ban, 7 appeals later I haven’t gotten more than 2 different messages copy pasted to me. They take longer and longer (3 days for their latest copy paste) to respond with the same thing, stating details are in my email (they aren’t) for my ban. Stated there was botting/gold buying/selling/cheating. Guilty until a person reviews it, I guess.

They responded to a refund ticket instead of any of my ban appeal tickets. Already got the refund it just takes 36+hrs for any ticket response just waiting for the follow up! Hopeful.
