Hello Devs,

Did you really need to lock second lego behind rep? I absolutely hate your new zone. I don’t want to do your dailies, find your chests or other bs you have nor do these “story” quests. I canceled my sub many times, and one of the reasons is that kind of bs.

You just can’t escape Shadowlands, can ya?

Part of the problem is poor communication from customers. Such as posting on the wrong forum.

Another issue is the very predictable cycle in all of game development…

Listening to the playerbase is largely a no-win strategy. Best thing for developers to do is consolidate feedback and use it as a tool to make the best decisions. None of that can happen effectively in the public sphere.

It might help to post in the right forum. Btw, if you’re canceled your sub “many” times, then that also means you’ve renewed “many” times. In other words, they need not care about you leaving because you’ll be back.
