Custody of the Deep spell in Arenas

I have been seeing a few people with THE MOST INSANE absorb shield of all time. These people in arenas have a spell that is absorbing like all of my damage. It’s called “custody of the deep”. If I’m not mistaken this isnt a spell or trinket is it? I feel like it’s a bug, because I mean it’s healing more then most healers I see. WTF.
