Cursor stuck as mac cursor in classic

Hey folks, when I try to load up the game (era, hardcore) my cursor is stuck as a mac cursor. This used to happen when you alt-tabbed out of the game and back into it, but when you moused over an NPC or object that changed the cursor (e.g. a vendor) it would go back to normal.

Now it seems the cursor is stuck in the default pointer on mac, regardless of alt-tabbing and mousing over.

Move mouse to edge of window then back into it. if in full screen mode, hit command m twice. if using multiple screens in full screen mode, move mouse to another monitor then back
