Saw someone say on Reddit or something that tongues works on classes like dk and ferals to slow the time between their bleed/disease ticks and wanted to know if anyone can confirm and say if you have felt like it was worth.

Also what other melee are secretly hurt by tongues?

Not home rn so can’t text anything myself but I always just used weak on melee and tongues on caster

I’d be shocked if it worked that way. 99% sure it doesn’t. Tool tip says “increasing the casting time of all spells”. Tongues doesn’t lower the enemy’s haste, which would be needed for this to work in the way you explained.
