When your cursed pickaxe procs (if equipped or in your bags and you can equip it) and you turn into an Earthen, it forces you to fall while doing the world climbing quests and you do not get a parachute.

I just experienced it canceling Zen Flight on my monk as well, which is also very disruptive.
