Curse addons?

(Still gotta post on this toon as I haven’t got a level 10 in Classic just able to log on recently. )

So I was wondering how to use them? The Curse. Seeing as how I haven’t used them since it was Curse addons from the site and now everyone is telling me twich. So I tried that and didn’t work. So could someone say how. I didn’t really need to use Addons on retail cuz I know where everything is. I played Classic on my original account but only as Horde. I am doing it all as Alliance now and I have no clue where all these quests are at. I boosted almost all my ally toons. That was a few dozen of them and so I never really played starting zones as ally.

I don’t know where anything is.

So I would like the quest tracker addon. Went to Curse and it was totally different from what I used before. Im under the impression it wasn’t broken, so why did they fix it?

You find the auto installer in the mods section of the twitch app. You have to click the drop down menu and switch the client to wow classic though, I think it defaults to retail. Mods that work with classic will be for game version 1.13

The best quest tracker add-on for classic, or at least the most supported and most used is called questie.

You can also still do the old school method of downloading the add-on and dragging the folder to your addons folder in your wow classic game location on your drive

WoWinterface .com seems pretty legit too, unless you are only interested in using the curse/twitch client

The default client can vary, I think ever since I installed for one of the stress tests my twitch app defaults to classic.

I’d add on a recommendation at the very least a coordinates add-on if not some map add-on that includes them, because if it stays like vanilla was 3/4 of the time you ask where something is and you’ll get a response in coordinates.

Yeah when you go to your mods in twitch client you can add classic addon folder file path and then you switch between them from the dropdown next to the settings cog in the upper right of the client window.
