Currently Stuck in a Fall Loop. Can I Get Some Help?

Hey Y’all,
I have a bit of a weird problem. I was in Pandaria and I clicked on this weird teleporter hub thing that says Gunship Teleport (or something to that affect). Ever since then, I am in this falling loop. If I try to move in any direction it teleports me right back to the same fall point.

I have tried:

  • Submitting a stuck ticket to support (4 times now)

  • Tried using hearthstones

  • Tried re-logging (I have to force quit at the moment)

  • Activating mount to fly away

  • Using Gust of Wind Spell

Does anyone have any suggestions that I may be missing? I have only been playing this for about a month now so I may be missing something. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated!

Use the character stuck service and it will move you.

I would love to hear the fix for this as is just happened to me too. can’t get out of the loop and it is very frustrating to say the least, especially with a known problem, would think that one of Tuesday maintenance days would have fixed this by now.

I’ve been stuck falling before due to bugs, and with as big WOW is, bugs will happen somewhere.

Your option are to log onto another character (or roll a new one if you don’t have any), look for stuck character option in the help and use that to pull your stuck character out to a safe spot. This can be done only once every few hours to discourage players from using it as a free hearth. Alternatively, you can open a ticket manually and state stuck character -- and let the GM fish your character out. There is no time limit on this one but it can take more than a few minutes for a GM to pick up your ticket. “Stuck character” will push the ticket to top of the priority.

When you use stuck character or open ticket, Blizzard will get notification and the devs will look into what caused your character to get stuck and figure out how to fix it.

PS do not abuse stuck character ticket to get GM attention quicker, if your ticket doesn’t have anything to do with stuck character, they may bump your ticket down to dead last which could take days to resolve
