Since there have been a few threads on similar topics and I wanted to consolidate the discussion and acknowledge that we are aware of the issues the community is seeing.
Character Levels, stats and items not updating: In Progress
We have identified issues with character profiles that are preventing them from updating properly. We applied a partial fix yesterday, so some of you may begin seeing characters update once you logout. We are close to a larger solution, but I don’t have a firm ETA yet.
Character images and portraits not updating: In Progress
We’re currently working with the game team to figure out the root cause and implement a solution so that you can return to seeing your Character in all their Legion glory.
Demon Hunter weapons not showing: In Progress
We believe that we have some solutions in place as a part of the larger Character Image update, and it should roll out at the same time as the image and portrait updates. We don’t have an ETA on when exactly to share right now, but we’ll try to provide an update when we can
I wanted to make sure I shared some information on the issues in the interest of ongoing transparency and I’m hoping to keep this updated as we as we go. Please continue to report items here and we’ll make sure to take a look.

Thanks for the update and for the partial fix. I noticed the data was still a bit weird this morning and this post just saved me a lot of digging around. It's nice to see open sharing of what's going on and the status, particularly now that I don't have a contact on the team anymore.

I'm unable to select my DK or my DH for any character service on my account. Possibly relevant to this problem, because my DK was recently transferred about 2 weeks ago, and my DH was made early in august. The only one appearing is my Rogue who has been stationed on Emerald Dream for a long time.

"Oops! Character Not Available" message shows up on my Night Elf Demon Hunter page. My Pandaren Rogue 'Tenumbra' is not up to date. Old gear and whatnot.
I've noticed that this hasn't actually updated for the better part of a week. The armory still shows my monk at level 100, but the tag to the left of this shows 110. It's been that way for a good while.
- Currently it shows a sell price for the artifact that you can't really sell.
- Posting here show's that I'm 110, but when searching using the search option, it shows two entries for my character and both are level 100. Also, if I enter my profile I see level 108 there, not 110.
- Several gear drops are not appearing at all in the activities, guild roaster, etc

Thanks for the update + acknowledgement of the problems.
I'm having the same issue. It's weird, because it's this character it applies to and I can post from her name, but I can't go to the profile page or anything.

If any it's constellation, I'm pretty sure there's a problem with boosted characters and the armory. Seems like non-boosted characters are more likely to be updated than boosted ones.

I'm assuming this includes the error where it says my Demon Hunter is not available due to inactivity? Just clarifying.
i love how on here it says my demon hunter is 110 but on armory it is not so awesome you guys are giving us updates pls hurry i want to know what my rank is on wow progress for my server i hate looking at my 680 ilvl when mine is 832 :/
Oh good I hope the fix happens soon.

Same here. I can see her in my Guild Roster in the armory but she shows up as a blank character and I can't post as her on forums and the like. Searching for her turns up only two other characters with the same name.
My other characters have not been updated in the armory since before the pre-patch.
I noticed that my achievement subprogress isn't updating (which, unfortunately, breaks Wowhead's Pathfinder tool).
Example: My "Good Sumaritan" achievement. I'm still only getting rolling with it (two questlines ticked), but the website display shows that I've made no progress at all.

Wowhead mentioned getting around this for now by using their Client tool (which you can find here: http://www.wowhead.com/client) to capture your account in-game and uploading info to their servers.
For instance, I finished "Vrykul Story, Bro" last night and it shows that I have it completed on Katlamos' profiler page on wowhead since I uploaded the data with their program.

It's a partial update.
I just transferred here and while Dreamcypher's guild affiliation updated quickly, her armory profile itself is totally missing.
Before the transfer it just didn't update.

Thaaaank you. I would like my armory to show my shaman rightfully wielding Doomhammer in all its glory. Instead, he's level 100 with the gear I got from living in HFC.
