I quit early on in Shadowlands, but because of FOMO I came back and started farming shortly after it was announced certain things were leaving for pre-patch and DF release. I knew I wouldn’t get everything, but I did get my Slime Cat mount today, and keystone mount a few weeks ago.
I also made an attempt at Back from the Beyond. I did the math and figured I could do most of the remaining achievements I still needed in 6 weeks because of time gating (mainly covenant related stuff).
After many hours across several alts, I have gotten almost all the achievements for Back from the Beyond. I am working on 4 more
Dead Men Tell Some Tales (Only need Nigh Fae)
From A to Zereth (one Treasure, exalted <–will be this week, and Synthe-Fived)
Many, Many Things (just farm some Torghast and done)
Shadowlands Dilettante
Now about Shadowlands Dilettante. I was doing this across 4 characters. I just got Be our Guest today. I will have Mush Appreciated in 4-5 days. Pursuing Loyalty, I just have to win a few more fights. And last we have Things To Do When You Are Dead.
I just got The Gangs All Here today on an alt, and I have a little over a week to farm Wardrobe Makeover and It’s a Wrap. However, with Abominable Lives, I am one quest away. If RNG doesn’t go my way next reset I won’t be able to finish this achievement.
I know I could have started sooner, but at the same time, I’m not the only one having issues with this achievement. Since Wardrobe Makeover only requires 25 Fashion Accessories, I am asking if you would alter Abominable Lives to have a similar requirement. Maybe something like 20 or 25 of the total quests instead of all of them.

I agree with the thread.
Necrolord is really the elephant in the room, requiring far more compare to other achievements. Fine, if they want to timegate it, but don’t leave it to RNG as well.
Update, I got the quest I need, and still think Blizzard should change it. Just a few more achievements to clean up now.

Got to craft some Wardrobe Makeover and finish up the lose ends of other covenants. ZM Exalted this week, and Many Many things. All doable.
I did the math as well when I started the day of pre-patch, I just needed the Kyrian one and the Necrolord one. I haven’t done much with them before then, but I knew I could barely squeeze it out. But when I started my Necrolord farm, and saw that the superior parts needed were only farmable from either the weekly or the covenant mission table, my heart sank. I only recently started to get them from the mission table. So, I am just one quest short of getting it all. I personally think the Necrolord Abom stuff should have been like the mechagon quests: daily, with a bit more rng to farm everything out everyday rather than wait the agonizing week.
I started a tad before pre-patch. I got that feeling a few times. First I didn’t think I’d get enough rep with Ember Court each week till I realized you could get 3.2k each reset. Same with superior parts, but determined I’d be able to get just enough. Then the quests for Abominable lives, but then I got the last one I needed.
Hoping something changes before DF launch so a few more people can get it.

It’s not looking likely. Last quest I need is “Cut 'Em Down to Size” but since I already did all the of the quests for this week anyways, I would have to wait until this upcoming Tuesday, the day after Dragonflight launches, so me getting Veilstrider are slim to none, if not a total 0 percent chance.

P.S. Blizzard should still change Abominable Lives.
