When Gul’Dan enticed the Orcs to drink the blood of Mannaroth, it caused their skin to turn green and their strength to vastly increase. But I have a number of questions to this.
How much stronger is a green skinned orc to a Mag’har Orc? And how much stronger is a red skinned Fel Orc to a Green Orc?
When Grom freed the Orcs from Manneroth’s curse, did he also remove the added strength from the fel corruption?
How long will the fel corruption remain in the Orcs’ blood line? Without introducing more fel, will future generations of orcs be born with the original mag’har skin colors as the fel blood is slowly phased out from the bloodline?
Red > Green during the demon blood corruption > Green post being freed of the demon blood corruption = Brown. Not really shown well in-game, but from what I remember the demonic blood is a huge power boost, but the catch is not only the addiction, but the blood lust as well.
Pretty sure it’s there, the orc’s racial blood fury shows it in game.
Centuries for it to leave, the blood elfs are a weird case but I think that was mostly from the sun-well itself. Taking in too much fel I believe would cause them to take centuries as well.

Vastly, although it’s unclear if the Orcs had to continually consume the demon blood to sustain this increased power. I think this is the reason Illidans fel-orcs were ‘produced’ in the Blood-Furnace (during TBC)

No. The red-skin/boost in power the Warsong Clan received was because they took another hit of demon blood. I don’t think the other Orcs lost any strength/power.
It’s implied that the drinking the Demon Blood creates a link between the the Demon and those who drink the blood (during WC3 Grom makes a comment “that it feels like the demons are near”, after a bout of recklessness). This could be likened to other races magic addiction, which we’ve seen in WoW, because Grom felt like he needed the Demon Blood to defeat Cenarius. But mabye actually drinking the demon blood, rather than simply draining the demons magic (like the BEs did), creates a different kind of connection. One that is energized by proximity to, but can only be severed by killing, the demon.

The thing is, Orcs that didn’t drink the demon-blood turned green too (Doomhammer, Draka, Durotan, etc) which was caused by pro-longed exposure to Fel. I don’t believe it will ever leave their blood-lines, but simply become another genetic trait, which could now be seen as a recessive trait (as Thrall/Aggras son is brown).
