Current List of Low Level item level issues

Compiled list of hacks/unintended results and item levels that are too high for low level play.

  1. HOA needs to be level capped or nerfed. You currently have it at full power and the stats are its nonsensically overpowered at low levels.

  2. Engineering needs to be nerfed and scaled. You are just leaving it wide open and its nonsensically overpowered at low levels.

  3. End of legion zone rewards The Tears of Elune/Hunter of Night/The Hammer of Khaz’goroth/The Aegis of Aggramar are ilvl 50. Slots are chest, gloves, belt, and legs.

  4. Garrison mission items are ilvl 40.

  5. Rares near apexis crystal assaults give ilvl 44 items.

  6. Cogwheel gems. Scales to +10 secondary stat… this is nonsensically overpowered.

  7. BUG/HACK - * Heart of Azeroth. Get a high level to trade you azerite gear, soulbound dungeon gear can be traded within party members for 2 hours upon looting, the Heart of Azeroth quest will pop up.

  • Azerite head and shoulders. If you already have Heart of Azeroth, azerite gear will continue to drop.

  1. NEEDS TO BE LEVEL SCALED OR CAPPED - Bartered Vrykul, Bartered Vrykul Facemask, [Bartered Vrykul Cowl, [Bartered Vrykul Hood

  2. +16 ilvl artifact relics if you have already added it to your artifact weapon. Now has minimum level requirement. Do not leave this grandfathered, needs to all be scaled down.
