Not that it is going to change anything, but current latency for the past few days has been really disappointing. Not only in Undermine, but everywhere.
Latency tends to be a hard one to track, especially with no IP addresses to ping to. There is an internal team monitoring server connections, and in their own network, outside of that though they do not. Here are some things you can try in the mean time, listed under connection.

I understand they can’t simply fix the issue immediately, but I still have to voice my disappointment as most people I know who are still playing have the same issue at this time and are located all over America, not just general location.
Unfortunately, this is the wrong avenue for it. While you see our SFAs posting here, they are not Devs or CMs, or anyone who addresses this particular issue, nor do they collect feedback to relay along. This is best over in the Tech Support subforum to receive assistance - or if you’re just wanting to voice your opinion? General Discussion or through the in-game suggestion and feedback interface.
Hopefully there will be some resolution for you somewhere.
This may actually get some visibility if you post in the technical support forum. They do monitor that forum, but rarely reply.
