What are all currently available exp bonuses I can stack up on?
Is it just hit 15 spam dungeons to max level or is doing WoD questing still fastest leveling?
My recipe:
Warband XP (5 lvl 80s) - 25%
WoW Anniversary buff - 10%
Rested XP
Heirloom Armor till lvl 70
- (This Week)
Hallows End buff - 10%
Darkmoon - 10%
Do campaign while queueing Timewalking Dungeons.

As a DPS you can level pretty darn fast doing time walking queue while DF questing

I just leveled 70-80 in 14 TW dungeons + 2 pet battle dailies. I had a total of +30% XP bonus.
Delvers call quests are massive xp and can be done on tier 1 delves.

Delver’s Call world tour with all XP buffs on.
Or just park your alt at the Anniversary trivia question Daily; that’s 30k+ XP per day and 112g per day. It will add up by January and takes just seconds to do.
DMF turn-in quest items can also be a lot of XP (essentially spending gold to buy experience) but people caught on and the items are getting expensive on the AH.
i’d say the fastest way of levelling is buying a character boost.
Classic timewalking is pretty damn good. Plus you get anniversary tokens.
Timewalking dungeons will blow you through the roof and you’ll be Level 80 nice and easy
