Since the beginning when currency transfer was implemented I have been having this bug. When I choose a currency (Timewalking Badges, Order Resources, ETC) and select transfer, the list of characters I see and their resource amounts do not match up. I have characters in there that do not exist anymore, and I have characters in there multiple times. For instance I have a character that is deleted and it shows that character with 30k order resources. It also shows my main character twice. Once with 60k order resources and once with his actual total of 20k resouces. I can transfer resources fine for the most part between characters that actually exist and if I can verify it is the instance of character with the accurate amount of currency, although I have lost currency trying to transfer between toons in the past. I know when the system forst started I tried to move 2000 timewalking badges from one character to another and the transfer never happened. The list still shows that character with 200 badges, but when I log into him it shows 0 in his tab. The transfer never completed. I submitted a ticket and the GM says they refreshed my account but it did not fix anything.
Had the same issue, but I was able to transfer resources regardless of what it said. One of my characters had 10k of badges for TW, but It showed at 2k. Just put in the # you want, and see if that works? Press enter regardless of what is presented on the screen. Let me know if that helps.
