Currency transfer doesn't work

So I just leveled my alt to level 80 and I have tons of honor on my alts but I don’t see the transfer button at all.

Is this a new bug ?

I guess they finally realized the data deletion was still there. Maybe they’ll fix it now. Doubt any of the currencies deleted in faulty transfers will get restored though going by the track record of this expansion.
