Anyone can help me on how to acquire these the fastest in this day and age?
Been sitting on shy of 15 for the mount but I can’t remember how to go about getting them.

All I remember is getting them randomly from doing WQ emissaries and… maybe the paragon chests? Sorry

Paragon chests, emissaries, raid bosses etc. They all can drop them.

Legion stuff is where those drop any content from legion has a chance to drop them .
Coinbase maybe.
