Neither.

Draenei were designed after the Eredar Demons from WC3.

So they are basically non-demonic Demons. Except the ones who are demonic Demons, we got to unlock them as a playable option recently.

No, they come from the stork like every other baby.

oh i get it now, but they have a lizard and goat horns so i am still curious

Do Draenei turn into Broken whenever they get sick? It’s a curious situation with Fel, Old God, and Void turning them into Broken already. :memo::robot:

Look up demon horns

They’re an early form of Protoss from Starcraft is what they are.

Have you ever paid attention that draeneis have navels? Well, there you have the answer where we come from.
My main is a draenei and her navel is visible.

Draenei have visible breasts. This implies lactation and feeding young, egg based mammals do not feed their young in that way, so no on the eggs thing. The horns, and hooves point to a goat or ungulate based slant. And as Nanite said, navels mean no eggs.
