The Cult Culling Quest has a bug. I have killed Corrine the Devout 5 times, and am not getting credit for it.
sounds like you’re killing her too quickly.
if she doesn’t get a chance to transform, the quest won’t complete.
I am high level player, 496, i purchased low level gear see if that works
probably not… it’s character level which is the issue, not gear.
try using Soft Foam Sword
