It has been over 24 hours since I completed the Twitch drop requirements for Cuddly Void Grrgle, and I have received nothing.

Same thing here. Itās been days and I have yet to see it in my inventory, but Twitch says Iāve claimed it.

I earned this thing on day 1 and I still donāt have it. I vaguely remember a very similar issue with a claim a while back (possibly a year or more) that required me to unlink my account with Twitch and then link it again. The problem I remember having was that there is a ā7 day cooldownā (or was at the time) if you unlink the accountā¦ but I also remember that I ended up doing it and it reconnected instantly and I got the item. Iām a bit scared to try it again unless someone else remembers the same thingā¦ ??

You need to hound Twitch for it.

I claimed it, received one of it, but it is not available at the vendor.

I claimed it, received nothing for 3 days, reattached my Twitch and reset my password (Blizzard recommended actions), checked with Twitch who confirmed it was a Blizzard side thing and to contact them, wrote a ticket, got a reply a day and a half later that said they would not even attempt to help me and not to contact customer support but to try changing my password (and also strongly suggested that other players fixed this issue by purchasing more crap from them to āpush the claim throughā and then implied that I shouldnāt believe that they were trying to sell me stuff)ā¦ all of it amounted to nothingā¦
So, I waited 7 days (the required amount of time between attaching new Twitch accountsā¦ even though it was the same account) and attached a new Twitch account to watch yet another 4 hours of content and tried againā¦
[Edit] I had waited several hours and assumed this did not work, however it does appear that trying a 2nd time with a new Twitch account may have worked as I now have the Cuddly Void Grrgle in my decor (like others, it is still not available for purchaseā¦ yet?) so if there is still time on the campaign and you are willing to spend a week between attached Twitch accounts you may have another chance to claim if you make a new Twitch to try again.
This is my issue as wellā¦..I have one but not at the vendor! Did you get yours worked out?
Same for me. Claimed some days ago but the item never appeared.
Same thing here! Itās been over a week since I claimed the drop and have yet to get it in my inventory. Went back and forth with some GMās in a ticket and they donāt seem to have any fix for it.
11 days since I redeemed this reward and I STILL have not received my Cuddly Void Grrgle housing item. Contacted Twitch who said its not on them and to contact the developer. Blizzard isnāt helping either.
Hoping it shows up in the vendor at some point bc it is looking like that is is the only way I will get one now after wasting 4 hours.

Iām in the same situationā¦ I never got the first one that I claimed, which I fear means I will not be able to purchase more if they add it to the vendor. THIS is the type of things that make people not care if they even participate in these events.

Same boat, watched 4 hours and its already been 48 hours and no Cuddly Void, I know the last time I had to reconnect my twitch and Battle net to trigger the red and blue to come through or was it the green one but either way I had to do a reconnection to force it to work.
Issue still happening for people? I managed to get the one, but i cannot buy more yet
I disconnected everything and reconnected and it still didnāt give me the newest one. Iām now trying what I read in one of the other posts. I have to wait 6 more days to connect a new Twitch to my accountā¦ which really sucks because I actually stream with my Twitch account on occasion, so itās a pain to have to disconnect my account to essentially attach an alt account now. Then, Iāll have to switch them back later. I donāt know if I will keep doing this for the rewards.
its not on the vendor but when I went to my plot at least it was in the catalogue to where I could finally place it down. So check there and I think it will appear on the vendor post event. Just like the others did
