Is anyone else experiencing an issue where their ctrl-key will seemingly get stuck randomly after pressing it in Classic. I know this isnt a keyboard issue because some of my friends are experiencing it as well. Just trying to see the length of the bug. I unbound my ctrl key. Only solution i had before that was to spam my ctrl key until it went away.
I haven’t noticed this, but currently I’m only using ctrl when I switch between stances (which is quite often).
I have this issue. Were you ever able to fix it?
I have Sticky Keys off in Windows so that doesn’t appear to be it.
I use a lot of CTRL+1 type binds.
I can reproduce on both my Logitech G710+ and Corsair K95 keyboards on different machines with the same WoW settings, Addons, etc.
I can also reproduce with ALT+1 type keybinds some times.
Basically, CTRL or ALT get “stuck down” so by pressing “2” it inputs “CTRL+2”.
Usually it goes away after say 30 seconds from what I can tell, but not sure why.
Sorry for the grave dig here but I just encountered this problem and found a solution.
I had my push to talk key bound to scroll lock and the combination of hitting control + scroll lock that would cause some kinda of interaction to break in wow. As soon as I changed the push to talk key it was fixed.
