The content that was reported was far more graphic than anything you are suggesting here. To such a degree, that even with my expertise in innuendo and vagueness, I can’t even hint at the content without being inappropriate myself.
Though, if I’m honest, I’m much more skilled at innuendo than being vague. I have the sense of humor of a 12-year-old, as is common in men our of any age.

Suppose I should go to bed, since I have to work in seven hours.
Well, looks like we will be staying in Cancun for an extra week. Our medical treatments are going to take longer than expected. Just too bad we are too drugged and in pain at end of each day to enjoy the beauty here.
I thought it was a fun vacation. It definitely is not.
A line of T-storms rolled over. They were backwards. They came east to west. It was very strange. It did cool it off by quite a bit. The weekend is going to be warm and humid though.
Started a new dosage of meds. Got bad insomnia. Told doc, doc said they’d submit a new script for a lower dose.
Haven’t gotten the script.
Grumble. Gonna have to reach out to the doc again.
We had a nasty storm sweep through here last night. Knocked my power out, so I went to bed. Needed the sleep anyway.
Dropped our temp over 30 degrees last night and held it today as well. Was a nice 78 and overcast today.
Sleeping is all I have been doing after my dental treatments. Mostly because they keep me drugged for anxiety during and I am so exhausted afterwards. Yesterday was so rough, I was falling asleep during it.
But they are so gentle and caring down here. Yesterday they wheeled us back to hotel in wheelchairs and a DR and Nurse made sure we had everything we needed in room and got us settled in bed. We slept almost 12 hours.
Today was just checking our healing processes, sadly I am not healing as well and won’t go be able to go back til Monday for further treatment.
We both just had massages done so hoping we can do dinner soon and spend the night relaxing.
I hope you get better soon, or at least are able to enjoy yourselves while you do. Glad to hear they’re taking good care of you.

Avatars are a struggle to get made, so I don’t know how likely one will be in the short term. We were lucky we had our old ones saved, I’m still waiting on that graphical upgrade I was promised ages ago. 
So what i am reading is you OG Blizzard posters laude that over the head of the newer ones.
