Ok, that was def pretty funny. I feel like that is every day I look at the news so I try not to look too often.
I am back from the grocery store! Success! There were many humans and that always bothers me, but that is what I get for shopping the week of Thanksgiving. Got the fresh veggies, dairy, ice cream, and an apple pie. I also got two bags of clementines on sale. Thankfully my freezer has lots of meat in it already so I will sort out something to thaw. Not sure what I want to make yet. It is just me and the cats so I will make myself something nice but nothing overboard. I COULD go to my sibling’s house if I wanted. I just really really don’t want to do the drive.
Anyway, one big chore down for the week! If I can get through tomorrow’s blood draw I can just put on jammies and hide under a blanket the rest of the week.

Remember, that’s a rolling total. If you do a ton there are going to be dropoffs if it’s not maintained.

Is it just scrolling count as read or what counts as read? I am a little confused on that too.
Scrolling but not too fast counts. Just flinging the page down won’t. Nor will just jumping to the bottom.
But the software can’t tell if you’re reading or just scrolling, except (approximately) by scrolling speed.

The dev team at work gave us a new tool on Friday night. Which works pretty well, TBH.
But while we’ve been working on getting some other stuff fixed, they weren’t (that’s a key word there) supposed to push that stuff over. Of course, they did. And somehow, it managed to break things. So today has been triage and reporting issues day.

You could have had my day. Cleaning for the holiday. Up close and personal with toilets and showers. Laundry. Vacuuming and kitchen cleaning. My husband got me a nice set of ear buds, so I listened to music the whole time.

Woohoo! You sound like you’re in better shape than I ended up in after yesterday. Definitely feeling ya on the drive, especially after the fog last night (CA-99S had 1/8th of a mile visibility for nearly twenty miles and the Altamont pass going west on I-580 had 1/16th of a mile visibility). I like driving, just not in winter weather. Warm apple pie and cats sounds like a fabulous way to spend the holiday.
Oh, speaking of cats, I got to sit with my cousin’s wife’s cat named Flint yesterday. He kept contorting himself into a pretzel whenever I went to pet him so he looked totally broken, but he settled down when I sat on the stairs and let him give my forehead a boop. That one boop was worth more than the entire rest of the day.
I want to do that now. But the roofers are here and they are neither quiet nor light steppers. But if it fixes the source of wherever the leak was coming from, that’s all I care about. I can use one of my Ambien and force some sleep after they’re gone. Until then I sip on mint egg nog (60/40 ratio of egg nog to milk + a splash of creme de menthe syrup).
Now if we could just figure out why nobody’s trash got picked up today. Recycle + yard trimmings bin got picked up, but no trash picked up yet. Don’t think I’ve ever seen trash remain on the entire street for this long on a trash day when they’re normaly here no later than 8 AM.
Basically, for scrolling, you scroll until you see the page “extend” itself so new posts show up, wait about a second, then rinse and repeat. Gonna be somewhat time consuming for 6k posts though, so hunker down with some coffee or your poison of choice. 
I accidentally misread that as “Installing Betta” and suddenly imagined you riding a fishy around the gnome coffee pot.

Holy yikes, did they buff lfr in remix it feels very bad.
You may be seeing fewer higher iLV/versatility laden players as more of them get what they want out of remix. Past a certain point there is almost no reason to run LFR especially since it gives pretty pitiful amounts of, well, everything relative to the other difficulties. For example, my guild leader got me through just two bosses on heroic antorus (Aggramar and Argus) and I got 89 fragmented mementos. Compare that with maybe 30 for an entire wing in any of the raids on LFR and you start to see why fewer and fewer are running it.
When you factor in the time people are waiting in queues for LFR it becomes clear that outside of early on it isn’t really much of a gain running it anymore. Also, the closer we get to the catch-up phase, there is even less incentive to run LFR for just about everyone other than first timers.
You could probably do normal raids without too much issues most are carries anyways.
Mmmm…dirty egg nog.
My cousin’s wife saw a youtube video that had egg nog mixed with Dr. Pepper so she figured she’d try it (and tell me about it since I like non-alcoholic egg nog). Totally noms. 40/60 mix of egg nog + Dr. Pepper makes it like an egg nog float only without having to wait for the ice cream to soften (or melt). Great pick me up to make today not feel so bad.
Roofers found what they believe is the leak. Cracked/broken underlayment. They’ll be back tomorrow to finish the work, so I just have to go one night with a slight bit of insulation missing, but since there’s no rain it shouldn’t be a problem. And I can bundle up (thermal underwear, long sleeve shirt, and the hoodie I wear when I sleep so my hair doesn’t get oils all over my neck pillow.
Just waiting for the Ambien to kick in. Maybe I’ll play some Number Munchers while I let it work its magic on me. I’m a sucker for trying to play math games while zoned out.

When I lived on the top floor and the roofers came, that was the day I learned that yes, actually, my cats could fit under that one chair. I had thought it was too low for them.
It was a pretty obnoxious sound. I kind of wished I could get under there with them.
