Speaking of coffee, does anyone have a way to make it taste less bitter? I’m rather new to such.
Half and half, whole milk, something like that. The fat in the creamer cuts the bitterness and makes it taste like it smells, mostly.
Some people also add sugar. I don’t, but some prefer it that way.

Old age helps make coffee taste better.
Also, Irish Cream really helps!

I do like two-three creams and as many packets of sugar. Maybe a bit more sugar depending on the brew.

I started out with 3 and 3 (for a large), but eventually dropped them both.
Though I’m with Marvi - old age helps. But Irish Cream is the true answer.

Just enough milk to make the color start to change. No sweetener.
I.E. Gno Gnomes swimming in the coffee.

Tea is my thing, but I have children who are traitors to their Irish heritage and prefer coffee.
I’ve been informed that Robusta beans are more bitter, Arabica beans are less bitter but more expensive. Dark roasts (Italian Roast, French Roast, and Continental … ) are more bitter than light roasts but Light roasts are more acidic, both have the same amount of caffeine (like green tea and black tea, same caffeine content but darker has the unearned reputation as a stronger stimulant).
I don’t like coffee, and neither does my wife, we also both like anchovies on pizza so it is obviously a match made in heaven. But although that may tend to negate the advice above in re coffee, I truly do have it on good authority.

In other news it just occurred to me like 5 minutes ago I have not even opened my front door today. That is what you call a nice lazy day.

I am currently sitting outside on the deck. Today I made muffins, took care of trash, washed the car, and took out some steak to thaw. Maybe with brocolli and corn on the cob.
Still recovering from a bad fall and super bruised ribs so I hurt lots!
Mostly done for the day now though and the lawn folks came today so the lawn looks nice while I deck sit.

I’m watching NASA’s livestream of their attempt to change an asteroid’s (Dimorphos) path by crashing a spacecraft [Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART)] into it.
Impact is expected at roughly 7:14 PM Eastern Time.
