Just finished the Night Elf heritage quests. Did anyone else wanna smack Maiev during it OR was that just me?

Went to a flea market today and bought a $50 mystery box. Itās just said Tech Stuff, when I got it home and opened it. I got an iPod Air, 2 Asus tablets, a complete mesh network setup with 10 access points. a cheap wireless router (no switch), and a handheld steam cleanerā¦ oh, and a stuffed bunny rabbit.

I quit drinking 18 months ago and I really want a glass of wine. I spent a more hours going through boxes today. One was a work box and it was a lot of feelings. Programs I designed and ran, drafts of things that were great projects, personnel stuff, multi billion dollar contract proposals, project mgt docs/budgets, crappy personnel stuff I had to deal with, work projects that were terrible to be on and made me feel devalued as a human. Even a PIP for being super sick and missing workā¦ while at the same time the senior managers gave me an award in secret for designing a testing automation program that vastly improved accuracy, improved capacity to test more, and grew the program by millions of dollars. With a fantastic real world impact. But I could not tell anyone I got the award. I have it with my performance improvement plan. Thankfully that boss was asked to leave, in part for how he acted towards me. New boss was amazing.
That was just a trip down feels lane I had not wanted to do. I donāt know if I want to cry or punch things or what. sigh
I have turned 3 boxes and a bag of stuff into a box and a half to shred and 3 bags of trash. Progress at least.
