I’m allergic to them all, so I have no idea lol. I just followed a recipe. Well, mostly. I ignored the bit that said to seed the chillies first.

You likely know this, but the hottest parts of a pepper are seeds and seed membrane holding them.

Yup, sure do. Apparently, according to my official taste-tester-and-onion-slicer (mum), it’s VERY hot, but VERY good.

My SiL will probably use it as ice-cream sauce. She was born in Singapore, and as yet, I have not made a sauce hot enough for her.

Seriously, though. My bro made some hot sauce with ghost chillies. With the seeds. No one else could eat it. She said it was just “ok”.

Ghost peppers are hotter than habaneros, but you could maybe get some carolina reapers which are hotter still.

I’d try to get some cleaning done, but this migraine is putting a kybosh on that.
When I get a migraine, a good cold Mt. Dew always helps.

wonder if she’d be able to handle The Last Dab XXX then? its often featured on First We Feast, and is touted as the hottest sauce they’ve ever made or tried.

Grumbles. It’s cloudy and 30. It’s gonna be cloudy and 40 for the next week at least.
