[CS Lounge] Holidays in Shadowland

Really sucks not having a microwave. The shop I usually get mine from hasn’t had any since Covid appeared, and I am not spending $100 on a unit.

In 3 days, I will have a Bloodlouse Larva pet.

Have you tried Wally World?

Never had any luck with their microwaves. The last one I bought there didn’t last a month of normal usage. It died while I was making basic popcorn.

I never had any issues with microwaves from there. Now Fry’s on the other hand, I was constantly getting things that I would have to take back after a few days to replace or refund.

The last one I got lasted 4 years, and it was from a thrift shop for about $20.

Well, we finally hit 60 tonight – right as we finished Ardenweald. Took it slow this last week and a half due to hubby not being able to stand playing for very long at a time. Made it to Revendreth and logged for the night.

Gonna tend to the animals and call it a night. Get snuggled into a warm bed and hopefully get some rest. We are finally getting temps below freezing.

So far I haven’t had any problems on my DH however I’m Vengeance and not Havoc which helps a WHOLE lot when soloing mobs along with level 52 elites at the same time.

Looks like it’s the last summer at the family home for me. Big chamges since Dad died. Taken over a year to get to some grips with, will be nice to have fine weather heading into the uncharted waters next winter.

Send my love to your favourite, you know… the one… no, I shouldn’t. But please, do.

Thanks for being. It’s my priv to be here with you, now. As it was, before.

But.

Business, then.

Now.

Ale?

I got lucky, I was shopping for Christmas gifts and was in a Gabes store and they had a 1200 watt Panasonic Microwave for $78.00 it was marked as being refurbished but it is still going 6 months now.

Also check Goodwill or Rehabitat For Humanity Stores in the higher class areas, I’ve gotten almost brand new items from these stores from the upper middle class and higher when they remodel and don’t like the color because it doesn’t match the new decor; You’ll be surprised what you can get in those stores.

One thing about Wally World is that their microwaves all seem to be too small inside and most are lower wattage, At least that’s the way the 2 Wally Worlds are in my City.

I’d act offended on his behalf, but SERIOUSLY… the Maw and I are going to be having some issues this expansion.

At least it’s not lagging on me anymore.

This is my 6th run through it. I still need to bring through at least one Horde hunter, as well as all the Alliance characters except Kittin, who is… 54, I think?

starting to think Engineering isn’t as great as i thought it’d be. gonna have to take a better look at the professions and see what would be better for a Hunter. .-.

edit: dumb question regarding Classic, but are you able to see Naxxramas in the skies above the Eastern Plaguelands? i know the Shadow of the Necropolis patch is implemented now, but one of the things i wanted to do in regards to places like Stranglethorn or Silithus, was look at the entrances to places like Zul Gurub or Ahn’Qiraj before their respective raids were implemented, just to see what they looked like. (I.E. if the gates were closed, or if there was anything of interest to see.)

Nope!
Minions sacrifice you!

I’ve been trying to help a few people who have only been playing a few years not give up from frustration. They both want to learn new classes but feel really overwhelmed by it and then doing dungeons with random people as their schedules rarely permit them to play with guildies. They also feel nervous to take new classes through Shadowlands.

Sadly, my schedule doesn’t mesh with either person so I am unable to play with them but I am not giving up. Trying to point them to guides for later and giving my own small nuggets of advice to help them learn their way without making them feel they must play a certain way at first.

You should teach him how to do the quests then get him to take all your characters through for you. Keeps him busy and you don’t have to do it. Win-Win.
