I texted the Director of Operations (again) and filled him in. He’s going to be calling the driver tomorrow (today?) to get the story.
I think I’ve decided to go home if he shows up for his shift as scheduled. I’ve got 5 people living with me, including my son and his SO. If I get sick, they’ll all end up with it, too, I’m sure.
Edit - I don’t understand the manager’s actions. This is the same man who earnestly chastised me because he felt I wasn’t taking the threat seriously; the same man asserted on more than one occasion that he “is at serious and very real risk of death”. If there was one policy I thought he would be a stickler for, it’s the one that says anybody that calls out sick must be medically cleared before they can return to work.

Our mayor declared a shelter in place for the city effective 1159 last night. Wonder if I will get hassled driving to work this morning. We shall see.
It has the usual restriction allowances. Shopping pharmacy doctor exercise pets etc.
I hope it’s a learning experience.

Well it is now less than 24hrs before I will become reemployed. Yes I will actually have to start working once again. Oh well, being unemployed is fun but being paid is much more fun!

It was a warm day here too, so I had the windows open for about an hour…before it started raining.
Helped a neighbor move some of stuff out of storage this morning, It was slow trip as we had stuff stacked pretty high on the truck. This afternoon, gonna fire up the grill, cook some chicken quarters and drink some beer with dad.

I work weekends, so I’ve been working. xD It gets hot in here with two gaming PCs (my partner while gaming and me while working) going full blast and the door closed (to protect the privacy of my customers as best as possible since my monitors face the hallway).
I could really use a nap right now.

So new policies at work. All food comes out of main kitchen for time being. We have 4 halls we normally serve out of. Now it all comes from one spot though…
Means all drinks come from kitchen. Which means we have to pour up paper cups, put a lid on them, wrap each individual dessert as nothing can gk down the hall incovered(normal policy)
We on weekends do not have the luxury of a shift change or help coming in. We are exhausted.
However boss was here both days and very happy with us. We took tk it much better than the other shifts. Somebody with experience showed us how they used tk dk it and we ran with it. No complaining. Just doing. She has been hearing a lot of comaini g during the week though haha. So we will take it. Now I am gonna pass out and my legs feel like I just ran a marathon.

First time for everything got called a legend because someone was complaining about Legion mage tower skins not being available and i pointed out fandrals seed pouch is cooler and still available gota love the small things.

Lol, I only put all of my corrupted gear on so that I could see the visual effect to it. Which goes with my current mog quite well I think.

I finally got a good piece of corrupted gear - rank 3 Infinite Stars. So until my cloak gets up higher it will have to be the only piece I wear.
