Yesterday they had a bunch of ret changes, but under the ret changes there was a general tab in which crusader strike and hammer of wrath were nerfed.
Was that just ret only or did that somehow also apply to pally in general?

Blizzard gave us some hope and crushed it at the the last minute. They must be having fun at toying us around.

They did apply to holy, confirmed on 10.0.7 ptr. From what I know these were straight up because of ret. Those nerfs were aimed at ret, and for some reason they just did it for all specs rather than just ret. So…it wasn’t even intended for holy they just didn’t think about it I guess?
Either way, this is pretty awful. Small nerfs sure, but they add up. We lost the cs damage talent from the class tree (10% damage), now it’s nerfed an additional 10% or so. Cs for hpal was already doing absolutely nothing outside of AC, and even in AC it does pretty low damage for how much you press it.
Going into 10.0.7, CS is nerfed by basically 20% lmao. 70 casts of cs right now is barely 2k dps (no ac), and that’s nerfed by 20% on Tuesday.
The fact these nerfs hit holy shows me that either nobody is working on hpal right now or the person who is just doesn’t know what’s going on. If there is a holy dev(s) and they didn’t prevent this from happening to holy…I’m not even sure what to say. Feels like there’s really nobody representing hpal overall.
It also nerfs AC, which really did not need a nerf.
