CRZ or Sharding question

I was leveling today in Voldun and was having a difficult time finding a group for one of the “wanted” quests. I saw a 120 warrior so I whispered to ask him if he’d help. He agreed, so I tried to invite him to a group, but couldn’t. He said he also tried to invite me but it didn’t work. We killed the mob without being in a group, so no harm no foul, I guess.

But, it dawned on me later, that this is nuts for an mmo. Is this working as intended? Was this a random one time issue, or is this the result of CRZ or sharding? (Not sure if they’re the same thing or not.). If I’m in an mmo and I can’t group with another character I’m standing next to, something needs to be fixed.

It is even if it sucks .One reason both should leave game.

No CRZ or sharding don’ t have anything to do with it. I have no idea why you wouldn’t be able to invite him. Was he already in a group or waiting in queue for something or were you ?

As Caraz said, CRZ/Sharding was not the issue. Most likely, the person helping you was in an instance queue that you were not eligible for.
