Crystalline Reflection work with Spirit Shell?

As title says, if your running the Crystalline reflection leg, will you get the 20% reflection using Spirit shell and does it work in BG’s?

No. Crystalline reflection only works with PW:S casts (which includes any buffs to PW:S like rapture).
